From tools to enablement
JTC started as a studio for privacy-first AI browser tools — Guardian AI, PromptForge, and Dark Pattern Detector. Building them surfaced a bigger, more valuable problem than any single extension solved: organizations were adopting AI and Agile faster than they could absorb them, and the advice on offer was mostly theoretical.
So the company shifted its centre of gravity. JTC Technologies Group is now an AI and Agile enablement practice, led by Jon Boyle — bringing hands-on product management and delivery management to make adoption actually stick. The tools didn't go away; they became instruments of that practice.
The name is deliberate. JTC Technologies Group is a house of brands: the umbrella holds the tools and the long-term identity, Jon is the visible Lead Advisor under it today, and the structure lets other specialists join later — each owning a pillar — without a rebrand.

Building AI governance frameworks surfaces the core gap: policy alone doesn't change behaviour. Teams need tooling and enablement, not just documents.
The tools ship
Guardian AI (prompt-level policy enforcement) and PromptForge (12 structured prompting frameworks) enter beta. Dark Pattern Detector enters alpha.
Pivot to AI & Agile enablement
JTC repositions from a tool studio to an enablement practice: six pillars, offers by segment, and the tools reframed as instruments of the practice. The Scrum Toolkit joins as the fourth tool.

A flagship offer per pillar, the first course (Agile or PM), Guardian AI formalized as a governance and cognitive-health centrepiece, and scoping the first specialist hire.
