Who we are

JTC Technologies Group ("JTC", "we", "us") operates this website, jtctech.co.za. It is an informational site for our AI & Agile enablement practice and the tools built alongside it. We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

What we collect

Almost nothing. Specifically:

• No accounts. There is nothing to sign up for on this site, so we hold no account or profile data.
• No cookies set by us. This site does not set cookies or use local storage to identify or follow you.
• Contact form. The form on the contact page does not submit to a server. It opens your own email application with the message pre-filled; you choose to send it. When you do, we receive your name, email address and message by email at hello@jtctech.co.za and keep it only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
• Analytics. If enabled, we use a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool that records only aggregate page views (page, referrer, country, browser and device type). It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, does not follow you across sites, and never builds a profile of you. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or session-recording tracker.

Third parties that necessarily see a request

• GitHub Pages hosts this site. Like any web host, GitHub's servers process the technical details of each request (including your IP address) to deliver the page. See GitHub's privacy statement for how they handle that.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces from fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser fetches the font files directly from Google, which means Google's CDN receives your IP address and user-agent as part of that request. No cookie is set.
• Anthropic is only involved if you use one of our tools' optional AI features with your own API key — see that tool's own privacy page. It is never involved in a visit to this website.

Legal basis (POPIA)

We process the little information we do on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving an informational website, and — for anything you send us — to respond to you at your request. We rely on aggregate, non-identifying analytics rather than consent-requiring tracking.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop processing it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To exercise any of these, email hello@jtctech.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.
