Jon Boyle is an advisor who owns business delivery outcomes — not one who has only advised on them from a distance. Jon currently leads Agile delivery within the telecommunications industry, for a SaaS platform serving more than 6,000 businesses. It is a live, high-stakes environment — the kind where transformation has to happen without stopping the line.
He reached that role through a range of industries: retail IT, in project management and as a communications specialist; and engineering and renewable energy, as a document and content management specialist. The throughline holds across all of them — organising delivery, and keeping information accurate and moving, in complex and regulated environments.

Ceremonies without a date. A delivery team that ran every Scrum event but still met "when will it ship?" with a shrug. Putting real WIP limits, cycle-time tracking and a definition of done that meant shipped in place moved them, over about two quarters and without adding headcount, to release dates they actually hit.
AI everywhere, governed nowhere. An organisation with AI tools in every team and no policy anyone had read. A one-page usage policy, a hard data line enforced at the browser rather than on trust, and a no-blame near-miss log — stood up in roughly three weeks — turned "we hope people are careful" into something that could survive a client's questions.
The loudest-voice backlog. A product team shipping steadily against a list ordered by whoever escalated hardest. Swapping that for one lightweight, evidence-led prioritisation method — applied out loud for a month — gave them a defensible reason to say no, and pulled the roadmap back to outcomes.
