This website is informational. It describes our AI & Agile enablement practice and the tools built alongside it. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and content may change without notice.
The tools — Guardian AI, PromptForge, Dark Pattern Detector and the Scrum Toolkit — are provided free, as a public beta. Beta software can be incomplete, can contain defects, and can change or be withdrawn at any time. Use it on that understanding.
The site and the tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result they produce is accurate or complete.
Content on this site and output from the tools is general information only. It is not legal, compliance, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not create an advisor–client relationship. A tool that flags a "POPIA" or "dark pattern" issue is a prompt to look closer, not a legal determination. Get qualified advice before acting on anything important.
Some tools have optional AI features that call the Anthropic API using an API key you supply. Your use of that API is governed by Anthropic's own terms, and you are responsible for what you send through it and for any usage charges on your key.
