The things people usually ask before getting in touch. If yours isn't here, ask directly.
They're free and there's no sign-up. Every check runs entirely in your browser — nothing is submitted, no account, no email required. The written guides and walkthrough decks are just open pages. The only paid step is bringing Jon in on a specific problem, and that's always your call to make.
No. Take a check, read the guide it points you to, work the fix. The "email my result" button on a check just opens your own mail client with the score filled in — it doesn't send anything anywhere on its own.

Jon works on your specific stuck point for the time it needs — a session, a few sessions, or a focused month — not full-time and not on a standing retainer. You're buying focused expertise on one problem, not a headcount. If what you need is someone to run your delivery permanently, that's a hire, and Jon will say so.
No. The smallest step is the free 15 minutes. After that you can book a single one-hour session and stop there with a clear first move in hand. The month-long 1-on-1 exists for problems that need sustained work — it's an option, not a requirement.
A short call to name the problem that isn't moving and decide which single topic to start on and which format fits. No prep needed, and no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Remote. Every session runs as a video call, wherever you and your team are.
Both. Individual sessions are one-to-one. Group sessions are for a team of up to five. The 1-on-1 month suits an individual leading a change, or a small team's point person.
Six areas: AI Enablement, Agile & Delivery, Product Management, Team Cognitive Health, Vibe Coding, and Tools. Each has a free check and guide in the Toolkit, and breaks into bookable topics on the Services page.
Jon works primarily in Claude Code, but the workflow and guardrails — human review before merge, the same test bar as hand-written code, "you own the diff", scope control — apply just as well to Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf or any other coding agent.
Team Cognitive Health is about team practice and process design — working agreements, facilitation, how the team makes decisions. It is not clinical or individual mental-health support; anything that needs that belongs with a qualified professional.
Guardian AI, PromptForge and Dark Pattern Detector run locally in your browser. Prompt text and page content are processed on your machine — nothing is sent to a JTC server, and there are no accounts. Where a tool offers an optional AI analysis layer, it calls the Anthropic API using your own API key, which stays in your browser. See each tool's own site and the privacy page for detail.
Not yet — they're in free public beta and installed as an unpacked extension from each tool's own site. Instructions are on those sites.
