Everyone leaves with three techniques to get better answers first time: show an example, break big jobs into steps, and make it check its own work.
Read Days 21, 26 and 28 (about five minutes each), or Module 3 on the cheat sheet.
One-word round: when AI gives you a weak answer, what do you usually do next?
Pick one bigger job the team does, such as a monthly report. On the board, break it into extract, analyse, draft and review, and write down what someone checks at each step before the next one starts.
Each person tries one technique from today on real work this week and brings back the before and after.
Agree the team rule: “Show it good, check each step, and ask what's weak.”
Switching on deep thinking for everything (Day 22). It's slower and won't improve a two-line email. Save it for the hard problems.
A whiteboard or shared doc, and a timer.
Next session: Module 4 · Documents & data. Bring the before and after from this week's technique.
