Setup team session

Before the session

Read Days 13, 14 and 19 (about five minutes each), or Module 2 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: one word for how setup went, from done to haven't started.

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 13: One project. One folder.Where will our projects live, and how will we name them so anyone can find one?
   • Day 14: Save points for your whole project.At what points in our work do we want a save point before we ask the agent for something?
   • Day 19: Tell it the rules once.Which rules do we keep repeating to the agent that belong in a CLAUDE.md?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Draft our CLAUDE.md

   Together, write a short team CLAUDE.md on the board: date format, spelling, what the agent must ask before doing, and what done means. Keep it under ten lines and cut anything generic.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   Each person creates one project folder, adds the team CLAUDE.md, makes a first commit and pushes it to a private repository.

   Agree the team rule: “Commit before every ask.”
