Everyone leaves able to brief the agent by outcome and work in small, checked steps, and the team agrees how agent work gets checked.
Read Days 21, 23 and 28 (about five minutes each), or Module 3 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: the last thing you asked the agent for, in five words.
Take one real request someone has made to the agent and rewrite it as a three-part brief: who, what, done when. Then break it into steps you could check and commit one at a time.
Each person builds one step from a rewritten brief and runs the four checks from Day 28: summary, files, changes, try it.
Agree the team rule: “Summary. Files. Changes. Try it. Every time.”
Approving prompts without reading them, or choosing don't ask again to make them stop (Day 26). If nobody can explain what's being approved, the answer is no.
A whiteboard or shared doc, a timer, and one real brief to work on.
Next session: Module 4 · How software works. Bring one brief, before and after, and what the four checks turned up.
