Everyone leaves with one small, useful tool picked to build this week, and the team agrees how a tool proves itself before anyone relies on it.
Read Days 41, 43 and 44 (about five minutes each), or Module 5 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: the most annoying small chore in your week, in a few words.
Each person puts one tool idea on the board. Score each against the five questions from Day 41. Anything under four yeses gets shrunk until it passes, or parked.
Each person builds the tool that passed, uses it on one real task, and notes one thing it got right and one it got wrong.
Agree the team rule: “Useful to one person beats impressive to nobody.”
Adding features because the agent makes it easy (Day 43). Every extra feature is something to test and maintain, so hold each tool to one job.
A whiteboard or shared doc, and a timer.
Next session: Module 6 · Quality & testing. Bring the tool you built, ready to show in two minutes.
