Everyone leaves knowing how to prove a tool works before trusting it, and the team agrees one checklist for what done means.
Read Days 51, 54 and 60 (about five minutes each), or Module 6 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: the last bug you found, and who found it first, you or a user?
Each person writes their own definition of done on sticky notes. Group them, compare with the list in Day 60, and agree a team checklist of no more than ten points.
Each person runs the team's done checklist on one tool they've built and notes which points failed.
Agree the team rule: “Agree it first. Tick it every time.”
Only testing the thing that just changed (Day 56). Bugs often turn up in something that used to work, so run the full checklist each time.
A whiteboard or shared doc, sticky notes, and a timer.
Next session: Module 7 · Guardrails & security. Bring the done checklist and which points failed on your tool.
