Before the session

Read Days 82, 86 and 88 (about five minutes each), or Module 9 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: guess how many small tools the team is using right now.

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 82: Small tools. Real users.Which tools have we built that nobody else knows exist, and who owns each one?
   • Day 86: If the agent wrote it, you own it.Could we explain every piece of code we've merged, and who is our backup for each tool?
   • Day 88: Know when to put it down.Which of our ideas should we stop, buy instead, or leave as a spreadsheet?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Start the register

   List every tool the team has built, using the columns from Day 82: what it does, owner and backup, data, users and tier. Talk through any row with a gap in owner or data.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   Each owner completes their row and names a backup who can explain how the tool works.

   Agree the team rule: “Can't explain it? Can't merge it.”
