The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: keen, waiting for proof, or not convinced? Where are you with AI today?

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 61: Win the middle.What would the practical majority of our team need to see before they use AI every week?
   • Day 64: Listen first. Some resistance is right.What concerns about AI have we heard here, and which of them point to a real risk?
   • Day 68: Each team gets its own page.What are our top five uses, and how do we check the output of each one?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Draft the team playbook

   Fill in a one-page playbook for the team: top five use cases, the prompts or templates that work, what never to do, and how output gets checked. Draw on tasks from earlier sessions. Name who owns the page.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   Each person tries one use case from the playbook on real work and brings back whether it worked as written.

   Agree the team rule: “Learn it on real work.”
