Measuring AI team session

Before the session

Read Days 81, 84 and 88 (about five minutes each), or Module 9 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: one AI output you kept as is this month, and one you binned.

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 81: Measure before you start.What would we measure today, before AI touches a task, so we can prove a difference later?
   • Day 84: How often do people keep it?How often do we keep AI output as is, edit it heavily or throw it away?
   • Day 88: Five numbers, one page.Which five numbers would tell us at a glance whether our AI use is working and safe, and who owns each?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Build the one-pager

   Take one AI use the team runs now. Write the five numbers from Day 88 on the board, with how you'd get each one, a target and an owner. Where you have no data yet, that's the first job.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   Each person tags every AI output they use this week as kept, edited or binned, and brings back the tally.

   Agree the team rule: “No baseline, no proof.”
