The team leaves with a few simple habits for checking claims and testing plans, and agrees to use one before every big commitment.
Read Days 12, 13 and 17 (about five minutes each), or Module 2 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: one thing you believed at work that turned out to be wrong.
Pick one real plan the team is about to commit to and imagine it failed six months from now. Everyone writes the reasons alone for three minutes, then share and group them. Pick the top two risks and name who checks each.
Each person takes one claim they meet in a meeting or document this week, asks how we know, and brings back what they found.
Agree the team rule: “Every claim needs a receipt.”
Treating the most senior or loudest voice as the evidence (Day 12). Ask for the receipt, whoever made the claim.
A whiteboard or shared doc, a blank page each, and a timer.
Next session: Module 3 · Cognitive offloading. Bring the two risks from today's pre-mortem and what each owner found.
