The team leaves agreeing what to hand to AI, what needs a check and which core skills it will keep sharp itself.
Read Days 22, 24 and 26 (about five minutes each), or Module 3 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: one thing you now do with a tool that you used to do in your head.
Each person lists the tasks they now hand to AI or other tools. Sort them into Day 22's three columns: offload freely, offload and check, keep human. Circle anything sitting in the wrong column today.
Each person picks one core skill from today's list, does one small piece of real work without AI, then compares with what the AI would have done.
Agree the team rule: “Offload by risk, not by convenience.”
Treating offloading as a weakness (Day 21). People have always used tools to think, so keep the talk on stakes and skills.
A whiteboard or shared doc with three columns, and a timer.
Next session: Module 4 · Focus & deep work. Bring the core skills list and one note on how the tool-free practice went.
