The team leaves with clearer habits for meetings and messages, and agrees how its meetings will end.
Read Days 71, 72 and 77 (about five minutes each), or Module 8 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: one message or meeting this week that left you unsure what to do.
Pick one recurring meeting the team attends. Name its type (decide, inform or generate), rewrite the agenda as outcomes with timeboxes, and agree how it will close. If it only informs, decide whether it can go async.
Each person rewrites one real message before sending it this week, point first and self-contained, and brings the before and after.
Agree the team rule: “Every meeting ends with a decision or an action.”
An agenda of topics instead of outcomes (Day 72). Push each item to say what the meeting must decide or produce.
A whiteboard or shared doc, one current meeting agenda, and a timer.
Next session: Module 9 · Change & uncertainty. Bring the before-and-after messages and notes from the redesigned meeting.
