Everyone leaves able to write a prompt that works like a clear brief, and the team starts a short list of prompts worth reusing.
Read Days 1, 6 and 10 (about five minutes each), or Module 1 on the cheat sheet.
One-line round: what's the shortest prompt you've typed this week, and what came back?
Each person writes down a real prompt they used recently. Swap with a neighbour, who adds what a new hire would need: audience, length and what done looks like. Run both versions if there's time and compare.
Each person saves one prompt that worked this week, with blanks where the details change, and brings it back.
Agree the team rule: “Brief it like a colleague, and say what done looks like.”
Blaming the tool when the prompt was the problem (Day 9). Before anyone says AI can't do it, reread the prompt together.
A whiteboard or shared doc, and a timer.
Next session: Module 2 · Frameworks. Bring the saved prompt from this week's action.
