Everyone leaves able to get AI to write in their own voice, with the answer up front, and the team agrees how it owns AI-assisted writing.
Read Days 41, 45 and 50 (about five minutes each), or Module 5 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: describe how you write in three words, and one thing you're not.
Each person brings one recent email or report. Swap, and underline where the main answer or ask first appears. Rewrite the opening together so it leads with the answer.
Each person uses AI on one piece of real writing this week, with their own samples and three words and a not, then edits it and brings back both versions.
Agree the team rule: “Your thinking, its polish. Own every word.”
Leaving the robot tells in (Day 47). Give people a quick scan for filler openers and tidy endings before anything goes out.
A recent email or report from each person, and a whiteboard or shared doc.
Next session: Module 6 · Thinking with AI. Bring the AI draft and your edited version from this week.
