Before the session

Read Days 71, 78 and 80 (about five minutes each), or Module 8 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: which prompt have you typed out more than three times this month?

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 71: Build it once.Which of our prompts are proven enough to become templates, and which blanks would they need?
   • Day 78: Test it before you trust it.How would we test a prompt on real cases before it goes into our shared library?
   • Day 80: Prompts age.Which of our prompts mention prices, products or policies that could go out of date?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Template one prompt

   Pick one proven prompt from the team. Mark the fixed parts and the blanks, name each blank clearly, keep it to five or fewer, and give it a version number and an owner.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   The owner tests today's template on five real, redacted cases, including one hard one, and brings back the results.

   Agree the team rule: “Proven prompt. Fixed rules. Clear blanks.”
