Before the session

Read Days 81, 84 and 88 (about five minutes each), or Module 9 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: what's the most repetitive part of your role?

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 81: Less reading. Better decisions.Where could AI filter what we read so we spend more of our time on decisions?
   • Day 84: People work needs people.Which parts of our work are paperwork AI can draft, and which need a person's judgement?
   • Day 88: Runbooks. Rosters. Root causes.What knowledge sits in one person's head that AI could help us write down?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Role map

   Each person writes their role at the top of a column, then lists two tasks AI could draft and one it should never decide. Compare across the team and look for prompts one role could lend another.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   Each person writes one prompt for a task in their own column this week, tries it on real work, and brings it back.

   Agree the team rule: “AI drafts. People decide.”
