Everyone leaves with the same picture of what AI is good at and where it goes wrong, and the team agrees one rule for AI-written work.
Read Days 1, 4 and 7 (about five minutes each), or Module 1 on the cheat sheet.
One-word round: where has AI surprised you this month, good or bad?
Each person names one real task they do every week. Put each one in a column: AI does it, AI drafts and we check, or keep it human. Disagreements are the useful part: talk them through.
Each person tries AI on one task from the middle column this week and brings back one thing it got right and one it got wrong.
Agree the team rule: “Nothing AI-written leaves the team unchecked.”
Swinging from hype to cynicism after one bad output (Day 8). Keep it to your real work, not a tool demo.
A whiteboard or shared doc with three columns, and a timer.
Next session: Module 2 · Finding use cases. Bring the task list from today's exercise.
