Before the session

Read Days 53, 54 and 57 (about five minutes each), or Module 6 on the cheat sheet.

The 30 minutes

1. 0–5 minOpen

   Quick round: would you want to know if AI had drafted the last message you received?

2. 5–15 minDiscuss three days
   • Day 53: No surprises.Who would be surprised to learn we use AI in our work, and how do we tell them first?
   • Day 54: Oversight that can actually say no.Where one of us approves AI output, do we have the time and authority to say no?
   • Day 57: Your AI's words are your words.What has AI helped us write that we'd have to stand behind if it were wrong?
3. 15–25 minExercise: Run the eight questions

   Pick one AI use the team has now or plans soon. Work through the eight questions from Day 60 together and write down each answer. Finish with a call: go, go with changes, or stop.

4. 25–30 minAction for the week

   The team picks one change the checklist raised, one person makes it this week, and brings back what changed.

   Agree the team rule: “If our AI says it, we said it.”
