The team leaves with a plan for a customer conversation every week and knows which of its assumptions to test first.
Read Days 11, 12 and 14 (about five minutes each), or Module 2 on the cheat sheet.
Quick round: when did you last speak to a customer? A day ago, a week ago, or can't remember.
Take one idea the team is working on. Write every belief it depends on on a sticky note, then place each on a grid of how important it is against how much evidence we have. Circle the one in the important, little-evidence corner.
Each person has one customer conversation this week, asking about the last time something happened, and brings back one fact they didn't know.
Agree the team rule: “Talk to customers every week.”
Testing the comfortable assumptions first because they feel productive (Day 14). Keep pulling the team back to the one that could kill the idea.
A whiteboard or shared doc with a two-by-two grid, sticky notes and a timer.
Next session: Module 3 · Strategy. Bring one fact from your customer conversation and the circled assumption from today's grid.
